Cherry Affiliate Program Terms

These terms cover the Cherry Affiliate Program (the “Program”), run by BENDAQ Ventures LLC (“Cherry,” “we,” “us”). By joining, you (“you,” the “Affiliate”) agree to them, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The short version: joining is free, you share your own link, and you earn only when real people make real, completed Cherry video message purchases through it.

1. Who can join

The Program is open to existing Cherry customers: people 18 or older who have completed at least one paid Cherry video message purchase under the email they join with. Joining is free. We never require, and you will never be asked to make, a purchase to join, stay in, or earn from the Program; your earlier purchase is simply what makes you a customer. One membership per person. We may decline or end any membership under section 10.

2. What the Program is (and isn't)

It's a simple referral program. You get one unique Cherry affiliate link. You earn only on qualifying purchases that customers make through that link. You do not earn anything for signing up other affiliates, and there are no levels, tiers, downlines, team bonuses, quotas, minimum sales, inventory or starter kits. You're not our employee, agent or partner, and you can't make promises or agreements on Cherry's behalf.

3. Commissions

Only purchases of Cherry video messages qualify: a single $6 Cherry message, a $16 Cherry Pick three-pack or a $25 Cherry Pick five-pack. Merchandise and any other products sold in the Cherry Shop, such as mugs, t-shirts and hats, do not earn commission at this time, even if the buyer arrived through your link. If we ever decide to extend the Program to other products, we'll update these terms and tell affiliates first (section 11); until then, no commission is owed on them.

You earn a flat 20% of the amount the customer pays for each qualifying Cherry video message purchase made through your link:

A purchase qualifies only if all of these are true:

Free invites, gifts, promotional or comped messages, and sends paid with credits don't earn commission. The 20% is figured on the price the customer actually paid, not including any sales tax, and is rounded to the nearest cent. If prices change, it's 20% of the new price.

4. Attribution

Purchases are tracked through your personal link using cookies and similar technology, through our tracking partner Rewardful. A purchase is attributed to you when the buyer arrived through your link within the tracking window (currently 60 days) and nothing reset it before they bought. If the buyer later arrives through another affiliate's link, the most recent link generally gets the credit. Tracking can fail (for example, if a buyer blocks cookies, switches devices, or clears their browser), and purchases we can't attribute to your link don't earn commission. Our records are final for attribution and commission purposes, though we'll look into any question you raise in good faith.

5. Payment timing

Each commission is pending for 15 days after the purchase so refunds and chargebacks can surface. After that it's cleared and payable. We pay cleared balances twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th (or the next business day), when your cleared balance on that date is at least $10.00, the minimum payout. A balance under $10.00 is never lost or forfeited because of the minimum: it carries over to the next payout date and keeps adding up until it reaches $10.00, and is then paid in full. The one exception to the minimum is when your membership ends (section 10). Payouts are made in US dollars through our affiliate partner, Rewardful, using its managed payouts service. When we pay out, your cleared earnings are sent to your Rewardful account, usually within 3 to 5 business days, and you withdraw them from your Rewardful affiliate dashboard (open it from your Cherry affiliate dashboard). There you set up your withdrawal method (the options Rewardful offers depend on where you live), complete Rewardful's identity verification, and provide any tax information required (such as a W-9). Some withdrawal methods carry fees, which Rewardful shows you before you choose, and payouts sent to incorrect details you provide may incur fees or delays. Under Rewardful's terms, funds left unwithdrawn in your Rewardful account for 24 months may be charged an administrative fee, so please withdraw your earnings regularly. Your use of Rewardful's dashboard and payout services is also subject to Rewardful's own terms and privacy policy. You're responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back before its commission is paid, the commission is voided. If it happens after we've paid it, we may deduct that amount from your future commissions or ask you to repay it.

7. Fraud, self-referrals and duplicate accounts

You may not earn from your own purchases, create or use duplicate or fake accounts, use someone else's identity or payment details, generate fake clicks or purchases, or encourage people to buy and then request refunds. If we reasonably believe a purchase or your activity involves any of these, we may void the affected commissions, withhold payment while we review it, and end your membership. We may also void commissions we paid by mistake.

8. Disclosure and how you promote Cherry

Whenever you share your link or promote Cherry (posts, stories, videos, captions, bios, texts, emails, anywhere), you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission, close to the link or recommendation and before someone has to click “more.” For example: I may earn a commission if you purchase Cherry through my link. On video or live streams, say it out loud as well. Hashtags like #ad can help but don't replace a plain-language disclosure. This follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, and you're responsible for following them and any other laws that apply to you.

When promoting Cherry, you also agree to:

9. No guaranteed earnings

Earnings aren't guaranteed. They depend entirely on real purchases made through your link, and many affiliates earn little or nothing. Any figures we show are mathematical examples, not predictions or promises.

10. Ending your membership

You can leave any time from your affiliate dashboard. We may pause or end any membership at any time, including if you break these terms, if we suspect fraud, or if there's been no activity for a long period. When a membership ends, your link stops tracking. Commissions that already qualified are paid on the first payout date after they clear, even if your balance is under the $10.00 minimum, except where the membership ended for fraud or a serious breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

11. Changes to the Program

We may change these terms, commission amounts or the Program, or pause or discontinue it, at any time. We'll post the updated terms here and let active affiliates know of material changes by email. Changes apply to purchases made after they take effect. If you keep sharing your link after a change, you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree, you can leave the Program. If we discontinue it, we'll pay commissions that qualified before the end date under section 5.

12. Your information

We use your name, email, payout details and Program activity to run the Program, pay you, prevent fraud and keep records, as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing them with service providers that help us run it, like our affiliate tracking and payouts partner (Rewardful), our payment processors and our customer relationship tool. You'll only see limited information about purchases made through your link, never buyers' personal details.

13. Liability

The Program is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cherry isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits related to the Program, and our total liability to you won't exceed the commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that come from how you promoted Cherry or from your breach of these terms.

14. General

These terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Program. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. You can't transfer your membership. Questions? Reply to any Cherry email and we'll get back to you.
